Ram mounted in high precision linear roller guide way.
All sliding surface is thermally ground, and heat treated.
The X,Y axis of worktable is coated with Tur cite-B and equipped with ground leadscrew (or ball screw), enabling smooth travelling and accurate positioning.

FEATURES

MACHINE UNIT:
• High rigidity machine frame and bed.
• Ribs are provided for exttra strength.

• The X, Y axis of worktable is coated with Turcite-B and equipped with ground leadscrew (or ballscrew), enabling smooth travelling and accurate positioning

MECHANIC STRUCTURE

MACHINE HEAD:
 • Adopting linear roller guide way imported from Switzerland or Japan).of high rigidity and high accuracy.
 • Screw shaft is positioned in the center of quill so as to get the best driving and workload durability. 
• Intergrally Z1 and Z2 axis design for disfigurementproof and higher precision.

IX,Y AXIS: 
• In general, the sliding surface of X, Y axis is coated with low friction coefficient Turcite-B (teflon) which will remain best accuracy even under heavy workload. Roller slide way is used on certain models and ballway is employed on NC & CNC models in particular.
• X,Y axis are equipped with precision,zero-gap leadscrew/or ballscrew.Because of the extremely low rolling friction, that minimizes the wear is minimized to assure the accuracy in positioning and smooth in travelling
• For bigger models X axis adopts THK roller guide way (made in Japan). Y axis adopts Scheneeberger slide way (made in Swiss ), which is Subzero-treated, high rigidity and disfigurement-proof.

MACHINE BASE: 
• The cabinet-link machine base is made of high-rigidity cast iron, inspected under restrict QC system to assure its precision and disfigurement-proof.
