3 Z axes independent workstation and magazine which is high speed, high precision and high efficiency and is suitable for batch production with high-speed milling, cutting, and drilling for metal products.

Features

3 X/Y/Z-axis independent servo control and independent intelligent X/Y/Z axis correction for deviation of workpiece dimension which improves the consistency of processing dimension and precision.
3 Z-axis integrated in a gantry mechanism, good rigidity with high stability.
The hidden mechanism is a fully enclosed chain disk type chain tool magazine, compact and stable. Each tool magazine is equipped with 20 tools.
Integrated high-pressure casting direct-connection spindle sliding table.
Double protection configuration of ball screws and guide rails.
Self-lubricating guide rail ball screw system.
Perspective door and tempered glass window for double protection. Twin doors with silent guide rail and protective guide rail device.
The electric cabinet is equipped with cool air conversion system.
