Main body is combined with natural marble and casted iron part for high stability, which is suitable for high-speed milling, cutting, drilling, threading for 5G communication equipment cavities, wave filters, metallic parts, auto parts and Aluminum extrusion material.

FEATURES
  • 3 Z-axis independent servo control, separated intelligent correction of Z-axis tool for workpiece position and dimension deviations, improve the consistency of processing dimension.
  • 3 Z-axis integrated in a gantry mechanism, good rigidity with high stability.
  • The hidden mechanism is a fully enclosed chain disk type chain tool magazine, compact and stable. Each tool magazine is equipped with 20 tools.
  • Integrated high-pressure casting direct-connection spindle sliding table.
  • Double protection configuration for ball screws and guide rails.
  • Self-lubricating guide rail ball screw system.
  • Perspective door and tempered glass window for double protection. Twin doors with silent guide rail and protective guide rail device.
  • The electric cabinet is equipped with cool air conversion system.
