This machine tool has high speed, high precision, high efficiency, and strong comprehensive processing capability and is suitable for high-speed milling processing of ceramics, zirconia, silicon carbide, 3C product and small hardware.

Features

6 Z-axis independent servo control, separated intelligent correction of workpiece position and dimension deviations, improve the consistency of processing dimensions.
6 Z-axis integrated in a gantry mechanism, good rigidity with high stability.
The hidden mechanism is a fully enclosed chain disk type chain tool magazine, compact and stable. Each tool magazine is equipped with 20 tools.
Integrated high-pressure casting direct-connection spindle sliding table.
Double protection configuration for ball screws and guide rails.
Self-lubricating guide rail ball screw system. Perspective
Perspective door and tempered glass window for double protection. Twin doors with silent guide rail and protective guide rail device.
The electric cabinet is equipped with cool air conversion system.
