Main body is combined with natural marble and casted iron part for high stability. 3 Z axes are installed on the same table with independent servo magazine. This machine tool has high speed, high precision, high efficiency and strong comprehensive processing capability and is suitable for batch production such as high-speed milling, cutting, drilling, threading, etc.

FEATURES

3 Z-axis independent servo control, separated intelligent correction of tool on Z-axis for deviations of workpiece position and dimension, improve the consistency of processing dimension.
3 Z-axis integrated in a gantry mechanism, good rigidity with high stability. The hidden mechanism is a fully enclosed chain disk type chain tool magazine, compact and stable. Each tool magazine is equipped with 20 tools.
Integrated high-pressure casting direct-connection spindle sliding table.
Double protection configuration for ball screws and guide rails.
Self-lubricating guide rail ball screw system.
Perspective door and tempered glass window for double protection. Twin doors with silent guide rail and protective guide rail device.
The electric cabinet is equipped with cool air conversion system.
