DESCRIPTION

5-Axis Milling Machine HM6050L.
Spindle rotation is up to 30,000 r.p.m. Optimized gantry structure and FEA design optimizes high rigidity for the machine stability. In house Gentec controller, pursues high usability and flexibility with superior performance.
The new Linear Motor Drive HM6050L High Speed Mill uses Linear Motors in all 3 axes coupled with precision glass scales for the ultimate in machine speed and accuracy.
The casting is thermally compensated and the spindle is chilled to maintain accuracy throughout the day.
It is equipped standard with the 30,000 Rpm 10 KW spindle motor and HSKE40 tooling.
This HSM can easily machine hard metals up to 63 Rc. Equipped with the optional Oil Shroud, Dust Free Graphite milling is also possible, but we can integrate it to your Vacuum system too.
Optional Blum Laser cutter diameter compensation and Blum probe is available.
The Chmer HM6050L, an affordable solution to linear Motor Drive, high speed milling applications.
