1.The machine structure and major parts are manufactured from Meehanite iron for outstanding material stability and guaranteed long-term deformation-free performance.

2.Servomotor directly drives ballscrew. Ballscrews are pretensioned, enduring rigidity and accuracy required for the feed transmission system.

3.The column bottom is specially deigned with A-shaped structure.

4.Boxways for Z axis are coated with low friction Turcite B, providing increased cutting rigidity.

2. Perfect Structure Design, Equipment with high speed servo system, Feedrate increased to 48m/min.(OPT)

3. The P4 angular contact bearings ensure the spindle’s maximum rigidity and highest accuracy. Through dynamic balancing of each spindle, the vibration is reduced to less than 0.002mm at top speed.

4. No Counter-balance Weight on Z-axis, and increased Z-axis motor horsepower combined with brake.
